sites they have visited lately. This similar modus operandi has by now been
used by other social media Giants like Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Twitter is
the last to join the advertising spree. Twitter values at around $10 billion,
and has evidently increased its advertising capabilities in face of an
anticipated preliminary public offering in 2014.

of their customers email addresses, called hashes, to Twitter's advertising
engine so that it can separately target the customer base. Twitter's latest
element is expected to elevate advertising rates and revenues for the company.
The mini-blogging site assured in a blog post that its
application of cookies is parallel to that of other companies and it didn't
give advertisers any extra user information.

U.S based customers only for now.
